Working with people with a disability brings me a lot of good. In addition to the satisfaction, I also learn a lot from the clients. Some time ago one of my cliënts started to make drawings using paper and wood glue. The result was stunning. The underlaying of this painting is made this way. I like the way the paper works with the glue, the colours and texture shine through.

The largest painting I've made so far. I wanted to investigate my relation between Brasil and the Netherlands and the rivers from both countries in particulier. The result is an impressive painting of both the Amazona and the Maas, combinend with the fireline from the second world war in Rdam and a background of a green cityplan. The second relation between Rdam and The Amazona is that both are destroyed by menkind. The result is a powerfull painting I'm very proud off.

Inspired by the city of San Paulo and the Avenida Paulista in particular I wanted to paint another colorful representation of the city. I love marking the buildings and chosing the colors. Where to place the Avenida was quite a challenge. Again several layers of paint and various different colors changed the painting many times. In the current condition I like it the most.
